12, 16, 20, 21, & 23 have three (3) bedrooms. Rates are
based for up to 6 persons. |
| Cottages: 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 14,
15, 17, 18, 19, & 22 have two (2) bedrooms. Rates are
based for up to 4 persons. |
| #18, #19, #22 & #23 are
mobile home units. |
| #24, 5 bedroom, air
conditioning, washer/dryer |
| All cottages: have
refrigerators, gas or electric stoves, microwaves, good beds, and all linens
furnished. (guests must bring own towels) |
| Reservations: a 30%
deposit is required for each week reserved. You are responsible
for the full term of your reservation. Phone reservations will
be held one week without a deposit. Weeks run from Saturday to
Saturday. |
| Cancellations:
No refunds of
deposit unless cancelled 60 days prior to reservation date. |
| Check In Time: After 3:00
p.m. We can not promise cottages before
this time because of the time utilized for proper cleaning. |
| Check Out Time: 9:00 a.m. |
| Prices include: one
aluminum boat per cottage or dock space for your boat. |
| Extra boats: $15 per day or
$65 per week |
